860应用服务器配置数据源失败

问题描述：测试的时候系统管理进不去，提示选择数据源，在应用服务器配置数据源的时候提示“To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this application or machine (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled. For example: When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine rather than being handled by this dialog.”
问题原因：环境配置不符合产品安装要求。
