| 问题现象： | 861成本检查报错问题： 1、用补丁更新工具,自动更新+21、129、136号等补丁； 2、进行成本检查，检查结果中提示“[成本中心:0602产品:T11C2R6JSM1工序行号:0订单行号:0BOM版本号:10批号T060515-01]的产品]的完工成本不为0，负担完工成本不能为0”； 3、在本月完工日报中输入该产品的完工数量1，再次进行成本检查，仍然提示上述错误； 4、经检查该产品上月在产品、本月在产品盘点中都没有结存，上月在产数量+本月完工数量-本月完工数量是大于0的。 |
| 问题原因： | 可能是升级的过程中,一部分产品编码对应不到产品结构,导致升级后在ca_amoct等表中产生了一些cppid字段非法的记录。 |
| 解决方案： | 1、请在当前年度参照执行如下脚本： delete from ca_amoct where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_asscw where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_compd where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_dacps where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_daytis where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_enmom where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 and cppid is not null delete from ca_enmop where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_mabsw where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 and cppid is not null delete from ca_onlia where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_ppudr where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_waspr where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_moveamoct where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_moveenmom where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_onpqu where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 delete from ca_distrinput where isnumeric(cppid) = 0 2、重新进行成本计算、检查即可。 修改前请务必做好数据备份！ |
